Durucasu Electricity Production is a part of Merge Energy Group. This company belongs to Duru HEPP . Of this Project Feasibility, Design and Construction made by Merge Energy.
Duru HES project consists of two projects; Duru I and Duru II. DURU II HEPP has been operating on 5,40 MWm / 5,12 MWe installed power on 25.02.2011 and Duru I HEP has been on 5,29 MWm / 5.00 MWe power and was commissioned on 18.04.2013.

Duru HEPP Project consists of Duru-I and Duru-II HEPP Projects
It is located on the Kozalan Stream, about 35 km from the Central District of Amasya province.

- License date started on March 2009 and is 49 years.
- The EIA report was received in 2010 and the construction started in 2010.
- Temporary admission of DURU - II Regulator and HEPP is on 25.02.2011,
- Temporary acceptance of DURU - I Regulator and HEPP was made by the General Directorate of Energy Works (EİGM) on 18.04.2013 and opened to operation.
